To achieve cost-effectiveness and global accessibility, Bruzzen relies on established partnerships with reputable fulfillment providers to dispatch most of your wall art prints and signs once orders are submitted and payment is confirmed.
It’s important to acknowledge that despite our commitment to efficiency, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
The following is a general breakdown of the shipping timelines, cost, tracking, and more.
Delivery Timelines
On average, during off-peak months, most orders are processed within 4-7 business days and ready for shipping.
Orders are processed within 9-14 business days on average during peak seasonal months and are ready for shipping.
Due to additional production time, personalized, large oversized, and framed art prints may take more time(6-10 business days). Any item requiring extra production time will be marked accordingly.

Production and delivery estimates reflect business days and do not include weekends or national holidays.
All of our products are custom-made and printed on demand. This means each item is carefully processed, printed, and prepared specifically for you, which may take additional time before shipping.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates shown at checkout reflect our discounted costs passed through to customers based on:
- Delivery provider
- Shipping speed selected
- Destination address
- Package dimensions and weight
For oversized art exceeding standard print dimensions, our carriers may apply additional surcharges reflected at checkout based on size and distance to cover non-standard transit.
How will your Orders be Shipped?
Your orders will ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, GLS, DHL, DPD, Asendia, and Spring.
Tracking Information
Once your order is packaged, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow the package’s status and estimated delivery date.
Once an order is ready for shipping, the tracking can take 12-24 hours to update, as the courier will still need to pick up the orders from the print facility.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We (Bruzzen and partners) work to ensure that all our wall art pieces and signs are carefully packaged and shipped to our customers. Still, we regret we cannot assume liability for any damage or losses after shipment when it passes into your custody.
If you notice significant damage upon delivery or do not receive your art print shipment within the expected delivery window, please get in touch with us promptly so we can investigate and resolve any issues.
We do not process claims for lost orders where the customer provided an incorrect delivery address. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
