How long does shipping take?

Standard US orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. UK orders take 10–16 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Custom orders require an additional 3–5 business days for production before dispatch.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of delivery for non-personalised items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost. Custom and personalised orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing error on our part.

Do you offer custom sizes or designs?

Yes! Many pieces can be customised with your name, date, photo or text. We also accept fully bespoke design requests — visit our Custom Art page and our team will guide you through the process, including a mockup for your approval before production.
