Return and Refund Policy

At Bruzzen, we want to make sure you love every artwork order but understand returns or exchanges may be needed occasionally. Please contact us right away so we can help resolve any issues.

Our artworks are made-to-order, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also implies that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, or color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we can process a replacement or a refund if you contact us within 7 days of when your order was received.

We cannot accept exchanges or returns outside of the return timeframe (7 days). Except in the case of damaged or defective items, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at support@bruzzzen.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Downloadable digital products or design assets cannot be refunded once purchased or downloaded
  • We do not accept returns for custom products (such as special orders, oversized prints, or personalized items).
  • No returns or exchanges are allowed for items that were purchased on sale or with a discount
  • We do not accept used and overly worn-out items
  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse

Refund or Exchange Options

For returns you initiate, please let us know if you prefer:

  • A refund
  • An item exchanges
  • Store credit to purchase new artwork

Once received and inspected, we will process your return per your requested option within 2-3 business days provided it meets return requirements.

How we Issue Refunds & Exchanges

  • Approved returns initiate refunds to your original payment method within 3-5 business days or immediately ship exact item exchanges and store credits.
  • For refunds, timing depends partially on individual bank/card policies but rarely exceeds 7-10 business days.
  • Exchanged items ship as soon as returns fully clear our inspection process. Replacement orders may be separate from the original.
  • Added in-store credits appear in accounts instantly when returns are successfully finalized.
