Eligibility

The Bruzzen site, including all code, content, designs, graphics, and trademarks displayed are the proprietary property of Bruzzen and its licensors.
You gain a limited personal use license when purchasing artwork. Purchased prints cannot be resold or redistributed without direct permission.
Outside individual use rights granted in our Terms of Service, no Bruzzen site content or trademarks may be reproduced, aggregated, republished, distributed, sold or exploited commercially in any way without explicit written consent.
We reserve all ownership rights to our site content, trademarks and services not explicitly granted to you under our terms and policies.
Orders & Purchases
Placing Orders
By ordering art prints or products on our site, you legally confirm that you will pay all quoted charges including taxes, shipping fees, and possible carrier surcharges for oversized items.
Please note that due to device and printer variances, actual print colors and quality may slightly differ from website images in some cases.
Payments & Billing
Bruzzen facilitates orders through trusted third-party merchant services. Providing valid payment information constitutes authorization to securely charge your method on file for all purchase totals and future subscriptions if applicable at the time of transaction.
You acknowledge that you maintain full responsibility for all types of taxes related to any orders placed with us. Legal title and risk related to potential loss or damage of any purchased merchandise passes over to you on delivery to the shipping carrier. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any merchandise for any reason.
Cancellation and Modification
You can cancel or amend your order within a two-hour timeframe from the moment of placing it. Once this two-hour period has passed, the order will be locked for processing, and no further cancellations will be possible.
Returns & Refunds
Our products are personalized and made-to-order, hence are generally non-returnable barring damage or significant distortion. Please reference our formal Returns Policy for full details on return windows, processes and exceptions regarding specialty or customized orders.
Purchasing products indicates acceptance of the artwork represented and agreement that pieces are limited editions not meant for redistribution or resale per our Terms of Use.
Digital Downloads
Per industry standards, downloadable digital products or design assets cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased or downloaded beyond the minimum cooling-off periods required in some regions.
Fulfillment & Delivery
In the pursuit of cost-effectiveness and worldwide accessibility, Bruzzen relies on established partnerships with reputable third-party suppliers to streamline the printing, processing, and shipping of your orders. It is crucial to note that while we strive for efficiency, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor can we provide specific timelines for third-party printing or shipping. Your Content
If you post reviews, comments or other content, you confirm having the rights needed to share it. You grant Bruzzen a non-exclusive content license to display it online. Content must comply with our terms.

Bruzzen strives for fully satisfied customers but provides services and fulfills them on an “as-is” basis without implied warranties. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service nor timelines for third-party printing or shipping.
While we aim to accurately depict artist works, specific print colors and quality may vary slightly from online images due to individual monitors, printers, and materials.
Bruzzen is not liable for damages arising from the use of our site or services, inability to access content, delivery delays or product defects.
