Orders & Purchases

Placing Orders

By ordering art prints or products on our Site, you confirm that you will pay all quoted charges, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any carrier surcharges for oversized items. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Please note that due to device and printer variances, actual print colors and quality may differ slightly from website images.

Payments & Billing

Bruzzen processes orders through trusted third-party payment processors. By providing valid payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchase totals and applicable fees at the time of transaction.

You are responsible for all taxes associated with your orders. Legal title and risk of loss or damage to purchased merchandise transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Order Cancellation and Modification

You may cancel or modify your order within two (2) hours of placing it. After this two-hour window, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled or modified.

Returns & Refunds

Digital Downloads and Printable Files

Product Quality

All our printable files(digital artworks/printable wall art/printables) are provided in high quality and resolution. However, we are not responsible for the quality of the actual print you produce. We recommend choosing a reliable printing service to ensure optimal results.

Refund Policy

All digital products are non-refundable. Sales of digital downloads are final upon purchase, with no returns, exchanges, or cancellations accepted, except where mandatory cooling-off periods are required by applicable law.
