To achieve cost-effectiveness and global accessibility, Bruzzen relies on established partnerships with reputable fulfillment providers to dispatch most of your wall art prints once orders are submitted and payment is confirmed.

 It’s important to acknowledge that, despite our commitment to efficiency, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The following is a general breakdown of the shipping timelines, cost, tracking, and more.

Delivery Timelines

Standard print-on-demand orders ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS within 3-5 business days once ordered and payment has been fully processed.

Larger oversized art prints may take 5-7 business days before shipping due to additional production time. Any item requiring extra make time will be marked accordingly.

Stretched canvas prints require 5-10 days for framing and preparation before shipment.

Note: Production and delivery estimates reflect business days and do not include weekends or national holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates shown at checkout reflect our discounted costs passed through to customers based on:

  • Delivery provider
  • Shipping speed selected
  • Destination address
  • Package dimensions and weight

For oversized art exceeding standard print dimensions, additional surcharges reflected at checkout may be applied by our carriers based on size and distance to cover non-standard transit.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships with the carrier, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow the package status and estimated delivery date directly via the shipping provider as well.

Lost or Damaged Packages &Returns

Bruzzen ships all prints carefully packaged, but regrets we cannot assume liability for any damage or losses occurring after shipment when it passes into your custody. Please reference our formal Returns Policy and Terms of Use for full details.

If you notice significant damage upon delivery or do not receive your art print shipment within the expected delivery window, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and resolve any issues.
