Returns
Email support@bruzzen.com within 7 days of delivery so we can provide specific instructions for your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once returned.
Please allow 5-7 business days after delivery confirmation for our inspection process, refund issuance, and funds hitting accounts.We will notify via email once the process is complete.
Custom or made-to-order pieces are generally non-returnable. Oversized, unsealed, or opened prints may not be eligible if no longer resalable. See our policy for all details.
Absolutely! As an alternative to returns for refund, we also allow identical product exchanges or store credit towards another wall art piece if preferred.
